Each question is assigned to an Index, which allows you to track key areas and get a score for each, as well as an overall People Experience score. Our indexes include (but are not limited to):
All Annual survey responses are anonymous. Our platform takes out any identifying information once a survey is completed and puts the demographics into categories such as an age range, department, and gender. If a category has less than 5 responses, our platform won't show any data.
