We believe data should do the hard work so you don't have to. That's why our Analytics module makes it easy to read what your data is telling you. Each question is assigned to an Index, which allows you to track key areas and get a score for each, as well as an overall People Experience score. Our indexes include (but are not limited to):
All Annual survey responses are anonymous. Our platform takes out any identifying information once a survey is completed and puts the demographics into categories such as an age range, department, and gender. If a category has less than 5 responses, our platform won't show any data.
