As part of our plan to continually add value to our clients, we are rolling our lifecycle surveys into our Moments solution; this will simplify our offering and add more functionality from our Moments Engine to help organisations Measure the Moments that matter across the entire Employee Journey.
Our clients have always had the option to opt into our lifecycle surveys that focus on specific events in the employee journey, these are:
Onboarding/New Joiner Surveys – create multiple surveys to check in and measure the experience for people joining your organisation.
Stay Interviews – Tenure based surveys to explore why people stay with you and what they value in your organisation (and what would make them leave!)
Exit Interviews – Getting feedback when someone leaves you, check why engaged people leave and whether they have left as your biggest promoters or not.
Lifecycle surveys add some great data and insights and when designed and delivered well can enable an organisation to solve real people problems.
We launched our feedback module Moments in October 2023 to allow organisations to automate measuring the moments that matter and to do this we built into our tech the moments engine – this allows us to hook into people data (from HR systems, Payroll solutions or from files uploaded to The People Experience Hub) and automate different types of surveys to land with the right people at key moments.
This also allowed our clients to step away from what historically was a manual process.
We recognised that Joining, Tenure and Leaving were moments and it just made sense to roll these into our solution.
Rose F Kennedy said, “Life isn’t a matter of milestones, but of moments” and we saw that most Employee Listening solutions were focusing on milestones. These were often through an organisations lens and not an employee one.
Moments that Matter to employees are when you really see if what you are doing has a positive impact, it is when your people experience design is truly tested – when the policy and the person meet.
Putting a MatB1 form and the start of the maternity process could be a moment, changing teams or locations and moving into a new role could also be a moment.
This is a far more personalised listening approach as fewer people will experience a moment at any given time, allowing you to get the data you need to make impactful change and do this quickly.
