Today, we talk with our CEO, Nick, to find out more about his job role at the PxHub and why he does what he does.
What do you do for The People Experience hub?
I am the CEO and Founder, I get involved in a lot of the day to day workings and strategy for the business. Working with our Dev, Client Success teams to ensure that our clients get a great experience and also with Naomi and Rob in the leadership team so we can help each other do our best.
How did you get into doing what you do now?
I have been in HR and tech roles since 2000 and at some point I decided that we could do this better and started a business to do just that.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in your industry?
Think critically about what you are doing, think about the human(s) that may be impacted by your actions/words/decisions – slow down, the world will ask you to go fast, but that is were you will make mistakes.
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Curry. Specifically – Panner Dansak, Sag Aloo, Mushroom Rice and a Garlic Naan
