You may wonder why we don’t use the term ‘HR Strategy’? One of the key aims of our approach to People Strategy is to encourage you think ‘people first’ rather than ‘HR first’ and start by considering the needs of the business as a whole.
In our experience too much HR Strategy starts by thinking about HR processes and is constrained by what’s being done now. Our People Strategy template encourages you to put aside current structures and strategies, and think about what your business really needs, from a people perspective.
